Back to Our First Love Pt. 1: The Mystery of God's Will (Wi-Ne-Ma Family Camp 2024)
The Apostle Paul writes a letter to the Ephesians in a very difficult time for himself, the church, and the entire Roman Empire. Paul is in jail, there are false apostles undermining his mission, and Nero has just taken the throne, proving to be the worst Caesar yet. In this midst of all this, Paul is hopeful, joyful, and optimistic. Why? What does he see God doing in the world? And how can it change the way we view our own world?
This is the first message from the 2024 Family Camp at Wi-Ne-Ma. These messages work through the book of Ephesians with a focus on recovering our "first love:" the love that is supposed to unite Christians in the midst of all of the distractions and divisions of our political climate.
