Back to Our First Love Pt. 6: The Army of God (Wi-Ne-Ma Family Camp 2024)
In Ephesians 6, Paul uses the famous image of the Armor of God to teach Christians how to defend themselves in the world. Paul doesn't have internal spiritual battles in mind, however: the Armor of God is how we fight the battle against the powers of this world as they try to claim our allegiance from God. And this armor requires us to fight in very specific ways...
This is the second message from the 2024 Family Camp at Wi-Ne-Ma. These messages work through the book of Ephesians with a focus on recovering our "first love:" the love that is supposed to unite Christians in the midst of all of the distractions and divisions of our political climate.
